Rockin Rollerz is a locally owned craft burger restaurant in Abilene, Texas that serves burgers so big they need a toothpick to hold them together!
We love a good hamburger in our family and Rockin Rollerz instantly won us over because they not only cook an absolutely delicious burger, but they also have the most amazing topping combinations.
These are not your average burgers.

The Rockin’ Rolla Burger
This burger came with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, fried onion strings, & their signature “nasty” sauce (which was not nasty at all. It is quite delicious!).
Yes, it was just as delicious as it looks.
I sure love some good texture variety so between the crispy bacon & onion strings, melty cheese, fresh crunchy lettuce, juicy burger patty, and soft bun…they checked all the boxes on my burger wishlist. ✅
I’ve ordered a lot of burgers from other places with lists of toppings that sound amazing but the burger comes and their “onion strings” involve 2 tiny strands that you can hardly even taste.
This burger was exploding with toppings. They didn’t skimp on a thing!
I would order this again and again.
The Walker Texas Ranger
This dreamy “burger” included hand-battered chicken fried steak, lettuce, tomato, red onion, & peppercorn ranch.
It’s definitely the first time I’ve had a chicken fried steak burger and I can confidently say it is genius.
It was crispy, juicy, flavorful, and could only be improved with a side of gravy. 😉
The Fries
We decided to order the plain french fries this visit to have a baseline to compare all of their other fry options to and they sure make a great base!
They are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, golden brown, and served piping hot.
They offer truffle fries (so many people have told us these are amazing!), buffalo fries, and “Johnny Fries” (🔥 jalapenos, bacon, jalapeno ranch, crispy onion strings).
Fruity Pebbles Milkshake
Yup. Seriously.
Their menu really isn’t huge but what they do offer, they deliver well.
They have the basic milkshake flavors – vanilla, chocolate, strawberry – but they also have the extra decadent flavors with peanut butter, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Fruity Pebbles.
Just as a milkshake should be, it was thick, creamy, rich, and full of Fruity Pebble-y goodness.
Every bite we ate here was over-the-top amazing and we can’t wait to come back to taste their entire menu!
And, lastly, the restaurant gets major bonus points in my book because multiple employees laughed and played with our 13-month-old. He loved you guys.
